Returns Policy
Equitopia makes every effort to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. Orders of Equitopia-branded clothing, bags, caps and other apparel cannot be canceled once placed due to the made-to-order processes involved. Orders of Equitopia-branded clothing, bags, caps and other apparel are non returnable EXCEPT in the case of the product(s) being damaged on receipt of order. Order shortages, damages or discrepancies must be claimed within 2 business days of receipt of order. You should check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item(s) has been damaged. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. Photos of the damaged item(s) must be sent by email – images no larger than 300k each. Shipping charges are non refundable.Returns on items that included ‘Free Shipping’ will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. ‘Free Shipping’ will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.
Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
